778ec49c14 tty: Use of_node_name_{eq,prefix} for node name comparisons
Convert string compares of DT node names to use of_node_name_eq helper
instead. This removes direct access to the node name pointer.

For hvc, the code can also be simplified by using of_stdout pointer
instead of searching again for the stdout node.

3c81ba9242 drivers/tty: add missing of_node_put()
of_find_node_by_path() acquires a reference to the node
returned by it and that reference needs to be dropped by its caller.
This place is not doing this, so fix it.

e3b3d0f549 tty: add SPDX identifiers to all remaining files in drivers/tty/
It's good to have SPDX identifiers in all files to make it easier to
audit the kernel tree for correct licenses.

Update the drivers/tty files files with the correct SPDX license
identifier based on the license text in the file itself. The SPDX
identifier is a legally binding shorthand, which can be used instead of
the full boiler plate text.

This work is based on a script and data from Thomas Gleixner, Philippe
Ombredanne, and Kate Stewart.

37db223467 drivers/tty: make serial/suncore.c driver explicitly non-modular
The Kconfig for this driver is currently:

config SERIAL_SUNCORE
        bool

...meaning that it currently is not being built as a module by
anyone. Lets remove the modular and unused code here, so that
when reading the driver there is no doubt it is builtin-only.

Since module_init translates to device_initcall in the non-modular
case, the init ordering remains unchanged with this commit.

We don't swap module.h for init.h since this file has init.h already.

We leave some tags like MODULE_LICENSE for documentation purposes, and
for the "git blame" value.

6816383a09 tty: sparc: rename drivers/tty/serial/suncore.h -> include/linux/sunserialcore.h
There are multiple users of this file from different source
paths now, and rather than have ../ paths in include statements,
just move the file to the linux header dir.

ab4382d274 tty: move drivers/serial/ to drivers/tty/serial/
The serial drivers are really just tty drivers, so move them to
drivers/tty/ to make things a bit neater overall.

This is part of the tty/serial driver movement proceedure as proposed by
Arnd Bergmann and approved by everyone involved a number of months ago.
