Instead of having array bitmasks by type for all gamepads have explicit
type field in every pad structure.

Add force-feedback support for N64 pads with rumble pak accessory installed.
Actually we do not check for the presence of rumble pad but simply assume it
is installed and expect the device to ignore FF commands if rumble pak is
missing.

Certain devices implement triggers as buttons rather than axes. In
particular, arcade sticks such as the HORI Real Arcade Pro.EX do not
have analog buttons.
These devices are now setup to present buttons rather than axes for
triggers.
User-space applications often also have problems with
axes-as-buttons. Activating MAP_TRIGGERS_TO_BUTTONS for a device
removes the artificial difference between buttons and triggers.

PIT_TICK_RATE is currently defined in four architectures, but in three
different places. While linux/timex.h is not the perfect place for it, it
is still a reasonable replacement for those drivers that traditionally use
asm/timex.h to get CLOCK_TICK_RATE and expect it to be the PIT frequency.
Note that for Alpha, the actual value changed from 1193182UL to 1193180UL.
This is unlikely to make a difference, and probably can only improve
accuracy. There was a discussion on the correct value of CLOCK_TICK_RATE
a few years ago, after which every existing instance was getting changed
to 1193182. According to the specification, it should be
1193181.818181...

This patch updates the maple bus to support asynchronous block reads
and writes as well as generally improving the quality of the code and
supporting concurrency (all needed to support the Dreamcast visual
memory unit - a driver will also be posted for that).
Changes in the bus driver necessitate some changes in the two maple bus
input drivers that are currently in mainline.
As well as supporting block reads and writes this code clean up removes
some poor handling of locks, uses an atomic status variable to serialise
access to devices and more robusly handles the general performance
problems of the bus.

The commit ae91d10aab inverted Y and RY
axes on xbox360 so that up is positive and down is negative.
This is wrong, as axes on game controllers have up as negative per
convention. Also, even xpad itself reports HAT0X with up as negative.
Fix that by inverting them again.
Also, according to http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10337 the
original xbox controllers also have the Y and RY axes inverted.
Fix that by inverting them as well.
