The GW52xx supports LVDS on channel 0. Remove the obsolete crtcs node and
add display timings for the HanStar HSD100PXN1 display.

Since commit (655b43c staging: imx-drm-core: Use OF graph to find
components and connections between encoder and crtcs), 'crtcs' becomes a
dead property. Remove it.
