The spear6xx doesn't have a pinctrl driver, since the pinmux is globally
defined through a single register, generally configured by the
firmware/bootloader.
Therefore, the pinctrl related properties in spear600-evb.dts are not
necessary.

This commit moves spear600-evb.dts to use the new flash partition Device
Tree binding documented in
Documentation/devicetree/bindings/mtd/partition.txt.
As this Device Tree binding document says: "For backwards compatibility
partitions as direct subnodes of the mtd device are supported. This use
is discouraged."

This commit fixes a minor coding style issue in spear600-evb.dts:
missing spaces around equal sign.

Now that we have introduced node labels in spear600.dtsi, we can use
them for spear600-evb.dts.

amba-pl011 driver supports two pin state "default" and "sleep" and it
expect from dt to provide this pinctrl states and phandler otherwise it
gives a warning message.
To remove this warning message pass default state with null phandler to uart
pins in device node (In our case all the pins are configured in default states
so we pass null phandler to pins).

Both SPEAr3xx and SPEAr6xx families have one instance of ARM PL080 DMA
controller. This patch adds in support for that.

This patch adds a generic target for SPEAr600 board that can be
configured via the device-tree. Currently the following devices
are supported via the devicetree:
- VIC interrupts
- PL011 UART
- PL061 GPIO
- Synopsys DW I2C
- Synopsys DW ethernet
Other peripheral devices (e.g. SMI flash, FSMC NAND flash etc) will
follow in later patches.
Only the spear600-evb is currently supported. Other SPEAr600
based boards will follow later.
Since the current mainline SPEAr600 code only supports the SPEAr600
evaluation board, with nearly zero peripheral devices (only UART
and GPIO), it makes sense to switch over to DT based configuration
completely now. So this patch also removes all non-DT stuff, mainly
platform device data. The files spear600.c and spear600_evb.c are
removed completely.
