Add clkctrl nodes for DM814x SoC. These are going to be acting as
replacement for part of the existing clock data and the existing
clkctrl hooks under hwmod data.

Upcoming change to DT compiler is going to complain about nodes
which have a reg property, but have not defined the address in their
name. This patch fixes following type of warnings for DM81x clock nodes:
Warning (unit_address_vs_reg): Node /ocp/cm@48004000/clocks/dpll3_m2_ck
has a reg or ranges property, but no unit name

These use the standard clock bindings and now we can make some
of the fixed clocks into real clocks.
Note that the clock output names may become optional as we
probably want to eventually use descriptive names, or use
just dynamically generated names as suggested by Tero.

Although we have hp t410 booting, I noticed that dm814x-evm does not boot
after I got one. This is because we don't have the clocks yet configured
properly. Let's start configuring proper clocks starting with the system
timers and clocks that work with existing mux and divider clock drivers.
Note that the oscillator speed register is different from am335x, dm814x
has only one bit that shows the BTMODE[6] at CONTROL_STATUS[21].
Also note that this only gets the system timers working with the defined
clocks. The PLL clocks are still missing and and the devices may or may
not work depending on what the bootloader has enabled.

Use fixed clocks until we have a clock driver for the PLL.
The mux and divider composite clocks work the same way
as on dm816x and am335x.
