ASoC: pxa: Enable AC'97 bus support for PXA machines
The AC'97 based PXA machines currently don't build reliably as they don't
ensure that an AC'97 bus is built, causing at least eseries_pxa_defconfig
to fail to build. Add selects to fix this.

ASoC: pxa: Select regmap from AC'97 machines
regmap needs to be selected by users which for machine drivers that select
AC'97 CODEC drivers means that we need to also select regmap to ensure that
the CODEC driver will build if nothing else enables regmap as is likely for
such systems.

ASoC: pxa: change ac97 dependencies
Enabling both the old AC97_BUS code and the new AC97_BUS_COMPAT causes
problems because both modules provide an exported snd_ac97_reset()
function.

I had tried to fix the problem of having both coexist earlier, but
my patch only prevented them from being built-in. This is because
of a special Kconfig feature that lets a symbol have a dependency
on another one being disabled, but still allow both to be loadable
modules.

Changing the dependency to =n avoids that problem, now we can only
build the new driver if the old one is completely disabled.

If we could figure out a way to let rename one of the reset
functions and have each driver link to exactly the old or
the compat code, that would also work, but I could not find if
that's possible.

Selecting AC97_BUS_NEW from SND_PXA2XX_SOC_AC97 leads to a Kconfig

Assuming it is not, this adds a dependency on all users

ASoC: Remove depends on HAS_DMA in case of platform dependency
Remove dependencies on HAS_DMA where a Kconfig symbol depends on another
symbol that implies HAS_DMA, and, optionally, on "|| COMPILE_TEST".
In most cases this other symbol is an architecture or platform specific
symbol, or PCI.

Generic symbols and drivers without platform dependencies keep their
dependencies on HAS_DMA, to prevent compiling subsystems or drivers that
cannot work anyway.

This simplifies the dependencies, and allows to improve compile-testing.

Note:
  - The various SND_SOC_LPASS_* symbols had to loose their dependencies
on HAS_DMA, as they are selected by SND_SOC_STORM and/or
    SND_SOC_APQ8016_SBC.

3c8f7710c1 ASoC: fix broken pxa SoC support
The previous fix of pxa library support, which was introduced to fix the
library dependency, broke the previous SoC behavior, where a machine
code binding pxa2xx-ac97 with a coded relied on :
 - sound/soc/pxa/pxa2xx-ac97.c
 - sound/soc/codecs/XXX.c

For example, the mioa701_wm9713.c machine code is currently broken. The
"select ARM" statement wrongly selects the soc/arm/pxa2xx-ac97 for
compilation, as per an unfortunate fate SND_PXA2XX_AC97 is both declared
in sound/arm/Kconfig and sound/soc/pxa/Kconfig.

Fix this by ensuring that SND_PXA2XX_SOC correctly triggers the correct
pxa2xx-ac97 compilation.

5ab0862e5d ASoC: MMP audio needs sram support
From e7a94bb7fb871c73cc85712d89c1f48d0271c1be Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001
From: Arnd Bergmann <arnd@arndb.de>
Date: Thu, 5 Jun 2014 12:31:28 +0200
Subject: [PATCH] ASoC: MMP audio needs sram support

Building the pxa/mmp audio driver without support for the mmp
sram driver enabled results in this link error:

sound/built-in.o: In function `mmp_pcm_free_dma_buffers':
:(.text+0x3e734): undefined reference to `sram_get_gpool'
sound/built-in.o: In function `mmp_pcm_new':
:(.text+0x3e7c0): undefined reference to `sram_get_gpool'

The sram driver is cannot be manually enabled and needs to
be turned on by selecting MMP_SRAM from each module that
needs it, which is what this patch does.

Ideally, MMP should move over to the generic SRAM support, but
for the moment, we can avoid the build error.

38784764bb ASoC: pxa: add I2C dependencies as needed
We have in the past added 'depends on I2C' for some of the PXA boards
after hitting randconfig build bugs. I have seens a couple of new
bugs in this area during the linux-next cycle for 3.16, after it
became possible to build some more PXA machines with I2C disabled.

To shut this up for good, this adds the dependency to every board
that uses I2C as the interface to the codec. I have gone through
all board files and verified that they all either use AC97 or
I2C, and this annotates the latter. Some of these already enable
I2C from mach-pxa/Kconfig, but since that can change it's better
to be explicit here.

The link error that can result otherwise happens when CONFIG_I2C
is set to 'm' and the codec driver is built-in as a result of being
selected by the platform specific glue.

7377226c34 ASoC: Add Magician machine support
HTC Magician has a Philips UDA1380 codec connected via
SSP1 (playback) and I2S (capture).
There is a flip-flop between the SSP frame clock output
and the codec's word select input pin. To make the codec
see proper I2S input, the SSP has to send two frames per
sample.

8f0dc655f9 ASoC: Add initial support of Mitac mioa701 device SoC.
This machine driver enables sound functions on Mitac mio
a701 smartphone. Build upon ASoC v1, it handles :
 - rear speaker
 - front speaker
 - microphone
 - GSM

A global "Mio Mode" switch is not yet provided to cope with
audio path setup. As balance on audio chip line is no more
assured, an incorrect setup can produce a lot of heat and
even fry the battery behind the wm9713 and the speaker
amplifier.

It doesn't cope with :
 - headset jack
 - mio master mode
 - master volume control

This driver is backported from ASoc v2, and amputated from
scenario setups and master volume control.

1b340bd7e4 ASoC: Add PXA SSP support
The SSP ports PXA series processors can be used to implement a variety of
audio interface formats. This patch implements support for I2S, DSP A and
DSP B modes on these ports.

This patch is based on the previous out of tree pxa2xx-ssp driver (which
was originally written by Liam Girdwood with updates from Philipp Zabel
and Nicola Perrino) and pxa3xx-ssp driver (originally written by Seth
Forsee based on the pxa2xx-ssp driver). Testing coverage is not complete
