929e6edea5 iwlwifi: mvm: rs: better match tx response rate to the LQ table
Currently rs uses the info in mac80211 tx status which is
a translation of the actual rate coming up from the FW in
the tx response. This is matched up against the LQ table first
rate to make sure this tx frame used the current LQ table.
Instead of using the translated mac80211 info it's easier and
cleaner to just pass the actual tx response rate in the driver
private data and use that for matching.
This becomes even more important once the FW begins to
decide on its own whether to use STBC/BFER/SISO.

0294d9eece iwlwifi: mvm: let the firmware configure the scheduler
A new host command can be used to configure the scheduler
instead of accessing the scheduler's registers from the
driver. This is easier and less error prone since accessing
the hardware at certain moments can lead to races with the
firmware.
Prefer to use the host command whenever it is available.

9b3b43d8d1 iwlwifi: mvm: set the tx cmd tid for BAR frame correctly

This led to a corruption in the firmware. The visible

a7130442b0 iwlwifi: mvm: report all BA notifs to RS
Currently BA notifications which don't reclaim any frames
would not cause the RS to be called as no skbs are passed
to mac80211. This is not optimal as RS can benefit from the
statistics of sent vs. acked of such a BA. This can improve the
reaction time of the RS algorithm. Also, an upcoming change in
the firmware would cause BA timeout to be reported as a BA notif
with 0 acked so this change is required for that as well.

3edf8ff617 iwlwifi: mvm: prepare for scheduler config command
The scheduler is a HW sub-block that directs the work of the Flow
Handler by issuing requests for frame transfers, specifying source
and destination. Its primary function is to allocate flows into the
TX FIFOs based upon a pre-determined mapping.

The driver has some responsibilities to the scheduler, namely
initialising and maintaining the hardware registers. This is
currently done by directly accessing them, which can cause races
with the firmware also accessing the registers.

To address this problem, change the driver to no longer directly
access the registers but go through the firmware for this if the
firmware has support for DQA and thus the new command.

aa11bbf3df iwlwifi: mvm: treat EAPOLs like mgmt frames wrt rate
Using the LQ table which is initially set according to
the rssi could lead to EAPOLs being sent in high legacy
rates like 54mbps.
It's better to avoid sending EAPOLs in high rates as it reduces
the chances of a successful 4-Way handshake.
Avoid this and treat them like other mgmt frames which would
initially get sent at the basic rate.

f14d6b39c0 iwlwifi: pcie: implement GRO without NAPI
Use the new NAPI infrastructure added to mac80211 to get
GRO. We don't really implement NAPI since we don't have
a real poll function and we never schedule a NAPI poll.
Instead of this, we collect all the packets we got from a
single interrupt and then call napi_gro_flush().

This allows us to benefit from GRO. In half duplex medium
like WiFi, its main advantage is that it reduces the number
of TCP Acks, hence improving the TCP Rx performance.

Since we call the Rx path with a spinlock held, remove
the might_sleep mention from the op_mode's API.

143582c684 iwlwifi: fix TX status for aggregated packets
Only the first packet is currently handled correctly, but then
all others are assumed to have failed which is problematic. Fix
this, marking them all successful instead (since if they're not
then the firmware will have transmitted them as single frames.)

This fixes the lost packet reporting.

Also do a tiny variable scoping cleanup.

3e56eadfb6 iwlwifi: mvm: implement AP/GO uAPSD support
Newer firmware will support uAPSD clients in AP/GO mode, so complete
the driver support for it. The way it works is described in comments
in the code, but basically the driver just has to pass down all the
mac80211 requests and do accounting on agg/non-agg queues properly.

For older firmware, this doesn't change anything as it ignores the
fields used by the new firmware, and we only advertise uAPSD support
when the firmware does.

9bb0c1adc5 iwlwifi: mvm: don't leak a station when we drain
We had a bug that prevented us from removing a station
after we entered the drain flow:

We assign sta to be NULL if it was an error value.
Then we tested it against -EBUSY, but forget to retrieve
the value again from mvm->fw_id_to_mac_id[sta_id].

Due to this bug, we ended up never removing the STA from
the firmware. This led to an firmware assert when we remove
the GO vif.

cf9d118880 iwlwifi: mvm: fix tx seq_ctrl debug print
Since seq_number is incremented right after using
it, so printed seq_ctrl was actually the next
one to be used.

Fix it by incrementing the seq_number only later,
before saving it.

Additionally, use the IEEE80211_SEQ_TO_SN macro
in order to print the actual sequence number.

2775613f4f iwlwifi: mvm: don't set the drain bit when we flush the AP station
When we disassociate in managed mode, we flush the queues
after mac80211 has already removed the station.
During that time, the pointer to ieee80211_sta to the
fw_id_to_mac_id map is -EINVAL. In that case we should not
set the station as being drained when the last Tx of this
station has exited the shared Tx queue since we are
flushing all the queues anyway.
The draining logic is meant to be used in GO / AP mode only.
In GO / AP mode, we set -EBUSY in the fw_id_to_mac_id map.

This is why testing the ieee80211_sta pointer in the
fw_id_to_mac_id map with IS_ERR isn't enough to set the
station as draining, we need to check that it is -EBUSY.

The only impact of the bug was a print:

Drained sta 1, but it is internal?

e36e5433c9 iwlwifi: mvm: add a generic cipher scheme support
This patch adds a cipher scheme support to extend a set of
the supported ciphers. The driver reads a cipher scheme list TLV
from FW image and passes it to mac80211 on hw registration.
After the cipher schemes are registered the driver handles key
installation and Tx/Rx calls related to the new ciphers.
