This patch corrects the SPDX License Identifier style in header files for Open Coherent Accelerator (OCXL) compatible device drivers. For C header files Documentation/process/license-rules.rst mandates C-like comments (opposed to C source files where C++ style should be used) Changes made by using a script provided by Joe Perches here: https://lkml.org/lkml/2019/2/7/46. Alastair D'Silva	2ec3b7ed2a	ocxl: afu_irq only deals with IRQ IDs, not offsets ... The use of offsets is required only in the frontend, so alter the IRQ API to only work with IRQ IDs in the backend.
