1e8937526e dma-mapping: consolidate dma_{alloc,free}_noncoherent
Most architectures do not support non-coherent allocations and either
define dma_{alloc,free}_noncoherent to their coherent versions or stub
them out.

Openrisc uses dma_{alloc,free}_attrs to implement them, and only Mips
implements them directly.

This patch moves the Openrisc version to common code, and handles the
DMA_ATTR_NON_CONSISTENT case in the mips dma_map_ops instance.

Note that actual non-coherent allocations require a dma_cache_sync
implementation, so if non-coherent allocations didn't work on
an architecture before this patch they still won't work after it.

6894258eda dma-mapping: consolidate dma_{alloc,free}_{attrs,coherent}
Since 2009 we have a nice asm-generic header implementing lots of DMA API
functions for architectures using struct dma_map_ops, but unfortunately
it's still missing a lot of APIs that all architectures still have to
duplicate.

This series consolidates the remaining functions, although we still need
arch opt outs for two of them as a few architectures have very
non-standard implementations.

This patch (of 5):

The coherent DMA allocator works the same over all architectures supporting
dma_map operations.

This patch consolidates them and converges the minor differences:

 - the debug_dma helpers are now called from all architectures, including
those that were previously missing them
 - dma_alloc_from_coherent and dma_release_from_coherent are now always
called from the generic alloc/free routines instead of the ops
dma-mapping-common.h always includes dma-coherent.h to get the defintions
for them, or the stubs if the architecture doesn't support this feature
 - checks for ->alloc / ->free presence are removed. There is only one
magic instead of dma_map_ops without them (mic_dma_ops) and that one
   is x86 only anyway.

Besides that only x86 needs special treatment to replace a default devices
if none is passed and tweak the gfp_flags. An optional arch hook is provided
for that.

b6197b93fa arm64 : Introduce support for ACPI _CCA object
section 6.2.17 _CCA states that ARM platforms require ACPI _CCA
object to be specified for DMA-cabpable devices. Therefore, this patch
specifies ACPI_CCA_REQUIRED in arm64 Kconfig.

In addition, to handle the case when _CCA is missing, arm64 would assign
dummy_dma_ops to disable DMA capability of the device.

31dde116cb arm64: Replace set_arch_dma_coherent_ops with arch_setup_dma_ops
Commit a3a60f81ee (dma-mapping: replace set_arch_dma_coherent_ops with
arch_setup_dma_ops) changes the of_dma_configure() arch dma_ops callback
to arch_setup_dma_ops but only the arch/arm code is updated. Subsequent
commit 97890ba928 (dma-mapping: detect and configure IOMMU in
of_dma_configure) changes the arch_setup_dma_ops() prototype further to
handle iommu. The patch makes the corresponding arm64 changes.

2189064795 arm64: Implement set_arch_dma_coherent_ops() to replace bus notifiers
Commit 6ecba8eb51 (arm64: Use bus notifiers to set per-device coherent
DMA ops) introduced bus notifiers to set the coherent dma ops based on
the 'dma-coherent' DT property. Since the generic of_dma_configure()
handles this property for platform and AMBA devices, replace the
notifiers with set_arch_dma_coherent_ops().

58c8b26909 arm64/xen: get_dma_ops: return xen_dma_ops if we are running as xen_initial_domain
We can't simply override arm_dma_ops with xen_dma_ops because devices
are allowed to have their own dma_ops and they take precedence over
arm_dma_ops. When running on Xen as initial domain, we always want
xen_dma_ops to be the one in use.

We introduce __generic_dma_ops to allow xen_dma_ops functions to call
back to the native implementation.

09b5541246 arm64: DMA mapping API
This patch adds support for the DMA mapping API. It uses dma_map_ops for
flexibility and it currently supports swiotlb. This patch could be
simplified further if the DMA accesses are coherent (not mandated by the
architecture) or if corresponding hooks are placed in the generic
swiotlb code to deal with cache maintenance.
