1b85147b4b drm/i915/gen9_lp: Increase DDI PHY0 power well enabling timeout
On GLK sporadic timeouts occur during PHY0 enabling. Based on logs it looks
like they happen sometime after a system suspend/resume cycle, with the
same power well enabling succeeding both before and after the failed
one and no other problems observed. The current timeout in the code is
not actually specified by BSpec, so let's try to increase that until a
BSpec update.

41e1bd5648 drm: intel_dpio_phy: fix kernel-doc comments at nested struct
The in-lined comments for channel.port doesn't follow the syntax
described at kernel-doc document, causing the following warning:

	$ ./scripts/kernel-doc -none drivers/gpu/drm/i915/intel_dpio_phy.c
drivers/gpu/drm/i915/intel_dpio_phy.c:154: warning: Function parameter or member 'channel.port' not described in 'bxt_ddi_phy_info'

While the best would be for the Kernel to deduce that from the
context, supporting it is not trivial. So, let's just stick with
the existing syntax.

[Jani: depends on "scripts: kernel-doc: support in-line comments on
nested structs/unions" to actually fix the warning.]

0e870bf872 drm/i915: Simplify onion for bxt_ddi_phy_init()
Older compilers (gcc-4.9) are not as able to track uninitialised
variables as well as more recent compilers. In particular,

drivers/gpu/drm/i915/intel_dpio_phy.c: In function ‘bxt_ddi_phy_init’:
drivers/gpu/drm/i915/intel_dpio_phy.c:482:25: warning: ‘was_enabled’ may be used uninitialized in this function [-Wmaybe-uninitialized]

In this case, we can rearrange code slightly to make the control flow
clearer to the reader, as well as the compiler. That is we only call
uninit using the same predicate as calling init

e19c1eb885 drm/i915: Fix DDI PHY init if it was already on
The common lane power down flag of a DPIO PHY has a funky semantic:
after the initial enabling of the PHY (so from a disabled state) this
flag will be clear. It will be set only after the PHY will be used for
the first time (for instance due to enabling the corresponding pipe) and
then become unused (due to disabling the pipe). During the initial PHY
enablement we don't know which of the above phases we are in, so move
the check for the flag where this is known, the HW readout code. This is
where the rest of lane power down status checks are done anyway.

This fixes at least a problem on GLK where after module reloading, the
common lane power down flag of PHY1 is set, but the PHY is actually
powered-on and properly set up. The GRC readout code for other PHYs will
hence think that PHY1 is not powered initially and disable it after the
GRC readout. This will cause the AUX power well related to PHY1 to get
disabled in a stuck state, timing out when we try to enable it later.

b7fa22d872 drm/i915: Unduplicate CHV signal level code
The code for programming voltage swing and emphasis was duplicated
between DP and HDMI code. Move that to a new file, intel_dpio_phy.c.

v2: Keep the "Use 800mV-0dB" comment in the HDMI code. (Ville)
