The early prototypes had the chip select pin for the LCD controller
wired on the GPIO 3-23, while the production run of the CFA-10049 have
this chip select on the GPIO 3-5.

The SSD1307 was used in an early prototype that will never get
distributed. The final board now has a SSD1306 instead, that has its own
power generation unit and thus doesn't need any PWM. The panel attached
to it also changed.

Move display timing configurations into device tree, so that the
auxdata for mxsfb driver can be killed.

The DAC found on the last chip select requires a word length of 12 bits,
which is not supported by the SSP controller of the iMX28. Use
bitbanging for that bus to support such a length.

Add the GPIO expander found on the i2c1 bus, behind the muxer to the
device tree.
This gpio expander will be used to get tachymeters values and data ready
interruptions from the nuvoton NAU7802 ADCs.

Pull i2c-embedded changes from Wolfram Sang:
- CBUS driver (an I2C variant)
- continued rework of the omap driver
- s3c2410 gets lots of fixes and gains pinctrl support
- at91 gains DMA support
- the GPIO muxer gains devicetree probing
- typical fixes and additions all over
* 'i2c-embedded/for-next' of git://git.pengutronix.de/git/wsa/linux: (45 commits)
