I noticed it isn't possible to build token ring & fddi drivers
without causing LLC, and a bunch of other things to be forced
built-in. For distro kernels, this means carrying a chunk of
code in the vmlinuz, even if the user doesn't use those protocols.

This is the last shoot of this series.
After I removing all directly reference of netdev->priv, I am killing
"priv" of "struct net_device" and fixing relative comments/docs.
Anyone will not be allowed to reference netdev->priv directly.
If you want to reference the memory of private data, use netdev_priv()
instead.
If the private data is not allocted when alloc_netdev(), use
netdev->ml_priv to point that memory after you creating that private
data.

We have some reasons to kill netdev->priv:
1. netdev->priv is equal to netdev_priv().
2. netdev_priv() wraps the calculation of netdev->priv's offset, obviously
netdev_priv() is more flexible than netdev->priv.
But we cann't kill netdev->priv, because so many drivers reference to it
directly.
This patch is a safe convert for netdev->priv to netdev_priv(netdev).
Since all of the netdev->priv is only for read.
But it is too big to be sent in one mail.
I split it to 4 parts and make every part smaller than 100,000 bytes,
which is max size allowed by vger.

The generic packet receive code takes care of setting
netdev->last_rx when necessary, for the sake of the
bonding ARP monitor.
Drivers need not do it any more.
Some cases had to be skipped over because the drivers
were making use of the ->last_rx value themselves.

Some module parameters with only one line have the '\n' at the end of the
description. This is not needed nor wanted as after the description the
type (i.e. int) is followed by a newline.
Some modules contain a multi-line description, these are not affected
by this patch.

If print_mac() is used inside of a pr_debug() the compiler
can't see that the call is redundant so still performs it
even of pr_debug() ends up being a nop.
So don't use print_mac() in such cases in hot code paths,
use MAC_FMT et al. instead.
As noted by Joe Perches, pr_debug() could be modified to
handle this better, but that is a change to an interface
used by the entire kernel and thus needs to be validated
carefully. This here is thus the less risky fix for
2.6.25

* missing braces in !readl(...) & ...
* trivial endianness annotations
* in olympic_arb_cmd() the loop collecting fragments of
packet is b0rken on big-endian - we have
(next_ptr && (buf_ptr=olympic_priv->olympic_lap + ntohs(next_ptr)))
as condition and it should have swab16(), not ntohs() - it's host-endian
byteswapped, not big-endian. So if we get more than one fragment on big-endian
host, we get screwed.
This ntohs() got missed back when the rest of those had been switched
to swab16() in 2.4.0-test2-pre1 - at a guess, nobody had hit fragmented
packets during the testing of PPC fixes.
