New helpers have been added to avoid directly accessing chip->field. Use
them where appropriate.

mtd_to_nand() was recently introduced to avoid direct accesses to the
mtd->priv field. Update all NAND drivers to use it.

Recently imlemented writing support has shown that current num of
retries is too low. Writing requires longer waiting than simple reading.
