The timestamp_type field used to contain only the timestamp type. Soon it
will be used for timestamp source flags as well. Rename the field
accordingly.

I came across this while checking the kernel use of V4L2_CTRL_FLAG_DISABLED.
This flag should not be used with the control framework. Instead, just don't
add the control at all.

Function media_entity_remote_source actually returns the remote pad to
the given one, regardless if this is the source or the sink pad.
Name media_entity_remote_pad is more adequate for this function.

'rotation' was an 8 bit variable and hence could not have values
greater than 255. Since we need higher values, change it to 16
bit type.

Ensure the driver gets always at least its minimum required
number of buffers allocated by checking actual number of
allocated buffers in vb2_reqbufs(). And free any partially
allocated buffer queue with signaling an error to user space.
Without this patch applications may wait forever to dequeue
a filled buffer, because the hardware didn't even start after
VIDIOC_STREAMON, VIDIOC_QBUF calls, due to insufficient number
of empty buffers.

Not all drivers use monotonic timestamps. This patch adds a way to set the
timestamp type per every queue.
In addition, set proper timestamp type in drivers that I am sure that use
either MONOTONIC or COPY timestamps. Other drivers will correctly report
UNKNOWN timestamp type instead of assuming that all drivers use monotonic
timestamps.

Convert all uses of devm_request_and_ioremap() to the newly introduced
devm_ioremap_resource() which provides more consistent error handling.
devm_ioremap_resource() provides its own error messages so all explicit
error messages can be removed from the failure code paths.

CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev*
markings need to be removed.
This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata,
__devinitconst, and __devexit from these drivers.
Based on patches originally written by Bill Pemberton, but redone by me
in order to handle some of the coding style issues better, by hand.

This patch adds V4L2 driver for Samsung S3C24XX/S3C64XX SoC series
camera interface. The driver exposes a subdev device node for CAMIF
pixel resolution and crop control and two video capture nodes - for
the "codec" and "preview" data paths. It has been tested on Mini2440
(s3c2440) and Mini6410 (s3c6410) board with gstreamer and mplayer.
