4da8b8208e ARM: Kill CONFIG_CPU_32 
26-bit ARM support was removed a long time ago, and this symbol has
been defined to be 'y' ever since.  As it's never disabled anymore,
we can kill it without any side effects.

e78b4eccb7 [ARM] pxa: add defconfig for pxa168-based platforms 
Instead of having various pieces of defconfig files for different
platforms, let's group them into a single one.
