The skeleton.dtsi file was removed in ARM64 for different reasons as
explained in commit ("3ebee5a2e141 arm64: dts: kill skeleton.dtsi").
These also applies to ARM and it will also allow to get rid of the
following DTC warnings in the future:
"Node /memory has a reg or ranges property, but no unit name"
The disassembled DTB are almost the same besides an empty chosen
node being removed and nodes reordered, so it should not have
functional changes.

MFC device can be used without any external hardware dependencies (when
IOMMU is enabled), so it can be enabled by default (like it has been
already done for Exynos 542x platforms). This unifies handling of this

include exynos-mfc-reserved-memory.dtsi to enable using this device

Most of this branch consists of updates, additions and general churn of
the device tree source files in the kernel (arch/arm/boot/dts). Besides
that, there are a few things to point out:
- Lots of platform conversion on OMAP2+, with removal of old board files
for various platforms.
- Final conversion of a bunch of ux500 (ST-Ericsson) platforms as well
- Some updates to pinctrl and other subsystems. Most of these are for
DT-enablement of the various platforms and acks have been collected.

Exynos cpufreq drivers does not support device tree based regulator
lookup, so it can get the VDD ARM regulator only by its name. To get
cpufreq working for now, this patch works this around by renaming the
regulator in board dts files to vdd_arm, which is the name expected by
the driver.
This fixes a regression introduced by dropping support of board file
based bootup of Exynos 4210 boards that rendered cpufreq inoperable on
Trats and Origen boards.

Currently all boards must explicitly disable all unused device tree
nodes of unused components (e.g. i2c, sdhci, etc...). This makes it
necessary to all boards to be aware of all components on the SoC, which
in turns makes board dts files longer and more difficult to maintain
(e.g. adding new components to SoC-level tree requires adding nodes with
status="disabled" to every board).
This patch changes "status" of all optional components in SoC-level dts
file to "disabled", adds status="okay" to respective nodes of used
components in dts of all boards and removes all nodes with only
status="disabled" from boards dts.
