1e26fcf31c ARM: dts: lager: rename and reindex i2cexio
The rename from i2cexio to i2cexio0 is in preparation for adding
i2cexio1 which will use the demuxer for IIC1/I2C1.

The reindexing from i2c8 to i2c10 is to allow space for grouping of
additional GPIO buses to be added by follow-up patches to support demuxing
of other i2c buses.

Also note that fallback to GPIO is not provided by the hardware for IIC0/I2C0.

84d69848c9 Merge branch 'kbuild' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/mmarek/kbuild
Pull kbuild updates from Michal Marek:

 - EXPORT_SYMBOL for asm source by Al Viro.

   This does bring a regression, because genksyms no longer generates
   checksums for these symbols (CONFIG_MODVERSIONS). Nick Piggin is
   working on a patch to fix this.

   Plus, we are talking about functions like strcpy(), which rarely
   change prototypes.

 - Fixes for PPC fallout of the above by Stephen Rothwell and Nick
   Piggin

 - fixdep speedup by Alexey Dobriyan.

 - preparatory work by Nick Piggin to allow architectures to build with
   -ffunction-sections, -fdata-sections and --gc-sections

 - CONFIG_THIN_ARCHIVES support by Stephen Rothwell

 - fix for filenames with colons in the initramfs source by me.

97139d4a6f treewide: remove redundant #include <linux/kconfig.h>
Kernel source files need not include <linux/kconfig.h> explicitly
because the top Makefile forces to include it with:

  -include $(srctree)/include/linux/kconfig.h

This commit removes explicit includes except the following:

  * arch/s390/include/asm/facilities_src.h
  * tools/testing/radix-tree/linux/kernel.h

These two are used for host programs.

c984cbf2e3 ARM: use simpler API for random address requests
Currently, all callers to randomize_range() set the length to 0 and
calculate end by adding a constant to the start address. We can simplify
the API to remove a bunch of needless checks and variables.

Use the new randomize_addr(start, range) call to set the requested
address.
