7b31a72e71 dt-bindings: Add PCIe supports-clkreq property
Some host controllers need to know the existence of clkreq signal routing
to downstream devices to be able to advertise low power features like
ASPM L1 substates. Without clkreq signal routing being present, enabling
ASPM L1 substates might lead to downstream devices being disconnected
from the bus. Hence a new device tree property 'supports-clkreq' is added
to make such host controllers aware of clkreq signal routing to
downstream devices.

badd9f19f1 dt-bindings: Add "external-facing" PCIe port property
Provide a way for the firmware to tell the OS which devices are external to
the machine and therefore untrusted. The property can describe for example
Thunderbolt and other user-accessible ports, which should always have the
strongest IOMMU protection.

5b71456f54 dt-bindings: update OpenFirmware document links to devicetree.org
The mirrors for old, but still referenced OF documents have disappeared.
A new mirror has been setup on devicetree.org at:

http://devicetree.org/open-firmware/home.html

Update the URLs in the binding documents with the new mirror.

2fa39159b6 Documentation/devicetree: Add PCIe max-link-speed property
Some of the host drivers have the requirement of knowing whether the EP
would never train at some link speed at all. For instance, on some boards,
the link won't train at 5 GT/s but the host driver still sacrifice some
cycles to wait for the result of training at 5 GT/s as the host could
actually support 5 GT/s. So we could parse this new property and make the
host drivers be aware of these cases.

2801f7252d PCI: Add missing DT binding for "linux,pci-domain" property
41e5c0f81d ("of/pci: Add pci_get_new_domain_nr() and
of_get_pci_domain_nr()") added parsing of the "linux,pci-domain" property,
but didn't add the binding documentation.

Since this property will be supported by a number of host bridge drivers,
add it to the common PCI binding doc.
