Do not track physical state separately from host_link_state.
Deduce physical state from host_link_state when required.
Change cache_physical_state to log_physical_state to make
sure host_link_state reflects hardwares physical state properly.

rvt_check_ah() delegates lid verification to underlying
driver. Underlying driver uses different conditions to

This patch series primarily increases sizes of variables that hold
lid values from 16 to 32 bits. Additionally, it adds a check in
the IB mad stack to verify a properly formatted MAD when OPA
extended LIDs are used.

A trap should be sent to the FM until the FM sends a repress message.
This is in line with the IBTA 13.4.9.
Add the ability to resend traps until a repress message is received.

According to IBTA spec a QKey violation should not result in a bad qkey
trap being triggered for UD queue pairs. Also since it is a silent error
we do not increment the q_key violation or the dropped packet counters.

Both opa_vnic and the hfi driver use the same opa_classport_info
definition. We will also have ib_sa capable of querying opa class
port info and would need this definition. Move it to ib_mad.h
for everyone to use.

Ingress and egress port P_Key checking should always be performed for
HFIs. This patch will enable ingress and egress P_Key checking when
the port is initialized and will ignore the P_Key information sent by
the FM in the port info structure which is meant to be used only by the
switch.

VL15 in the SC2VL table is used to indicate an invalid SC
for the FM, however, internally the driver remaps SCs from
VL15 to ILLEGAL_VL to prevent error counts. This mapping
confuses the FM when performing a sweep, making it return
a table mismatch error. Have SMA convert ILLEGAL_VL
to VL15 entries for the SC2VL table queries.

The FM uses the values of MulticastMask and CollectiveMask to
determine the number of bits for net masks. The current values of
0 and 0 are incorrect. The values should be 4 and 1. Updated the
necessary code to reflect the specified values.

HFI1 HW specific support for VNIC functionality.
Dynamically allocate a set of contexts for VNIC when the first vnic
port is instantiated. Allocate VNIC contexts from user contexts pool
and return them back to the same pool while freeing up. Set aside
enough MSI-X interrupts for VNIC contexts and assign them when the
contexts are allocated. On the receive side, use an RSM rule to
spread TCP/UDP streams among VNIC contexts.

and unifies access to these items. The knowledge of hfi1 GUIDs'

The 2nd parameter of 'find_first_bit' is the number of bits to search.
In this case, we are passing 'sizeof(u64)' which is 8.
It is likely that the number of bits of 'port_mask' was expected here.
Use sizeof() * 8 to get the correct number.

The driver does not check if the CableInfo query is supported for the
port type. Return early if CableInfo is not supported for the port type,
making compliance with the specification explicit and preventing lower
level code from potentially doing the wrong thing if the query is not
supported for the hardware implementation.

PMA should not sum TX and RX replay counts when reporting
local link integrity errors. Fixed by removing C_DC_TX_REPLAY
counter from calculation of the link integrity errors counter
value.

Swapping a cable from a "Mgmt Allowed=No" switch port to a
"Mgmt Allowed=Yes" switch port doesn't send a pkey change
notification. Therefore, the link doesn't become active as
the oib_utils layer uses an old pkey table cache.
Fix by ensuring the pkey change notification is sent when
the table is changed both explicitly by the FM and implicitly
by the driver via a cable swap.

When FM is disabled, and the HFI port on the switch is
changed from MgmtAllowed=YES to MgmtAllowed=NO and the
link is bounced, FULL_MGMT_P_KEY doesn't get cleared
from the pkey table. This also occurs when the QSFP
cable is moved from a switch port with MgmtAllowed=YES
to a MgmtAllowed=NO port. Clear pkey entry properly.
Also, when the driver is loaded and the switch port is
set to MgmtAllowed=NO, FULL_MGMT_P_KEY shouldn't be added
to pkey table after FM is started. Only set FULL_MGMT_P_KEY
in the pkey table if switch port is configured to
MgmtAllowed=YES.

The TODO list for the hfi1 driver was completed during 4.6. In addition
other objections raised (which are far beyond what was in the TODO list)
have been addressed as well. It is now time to remove the driver from
staging and into the drivers/infiniband sub-tree.
