Initialize asm_irq_flags in omap_init_irq and use it in
get_irqnr_and_base to detect between omap7xx and omap15xx/16xx.
Note that both INT_1510_IH2_IRQ and INT_1510_IH2_IRQ are defined
as 0, so use INT_1510_IH2_IRQ for both of them.

Several ARM platforms/machines that use FIQ define their value of FIQ_START.
Since FIQ is not implemented for OMAP yet, this definition is missing from
OMAP header files.
Put an arbitrary value for FIQ_START into plat/irqs.h for OMAP. Even if not
used by the FIQ handler for Amstrad Delta, this is required for successfull
compilation of arch/arm/plat-omap/fiq.c that provides several
usefull functions.

This patch removes all the omap4 specific irq line
defines from plat/irqs.h and includes auto-generated
irqs-44xx.h
All the legacy naming style defines are replaced with the one
from irqs-44xx.h

OMAP interrupt controller goes to unknown state when there is right
combination of l3,l4 sleep/wake-up transitions, l4 autoidle in
interrupt controller and some interrupt. When this happens, interrupts
are not delivered to ARM anymore and ARM will remain in WFI (wait for
interrupt) until interrupt controller is forced to wake-up
(i.e. lauterbach).

Suspending drivers may still generate interrupts just before their suspend is
completed. Any pending interrupts here will prevent sleep.

This patch adds support for phoenix interrupt framework. New iInterrupt
status register A, B, C are introduced in Phoenix and are cleared on write.
Due to the differences in interrupt handling with respect to TWL4030,
twl6030-irq.c is created for TWL6030 PMIC
