378af662f8 arm: sun8i: nanopi-neo: Enable dwmac-sun8i 
The dwmac-sun8i hardware is present on the NanoPi Neo.
It uses the internal PHY.
This patch create the needed emac node.

f10239ea37 ARM: dts: sun8i: Use the common file in NanoPi NEO SBC 
NanoPi common dtsi supports all components of NEO SBC, so just include it.

6d2ce1c01c ARM: dts: sun8i: Add dts file for the NanoPi NEO SBC 
The NanoPi NEO is a minimal H3 based SBC. It comes with 256/512M RAM, a
micro SD slot, 10/100Mbit ethernet and a single USB-A port.
