9ecf51c583 brcmfmac: Fix hex dump for FWIL.
The debug function brcmf_dbg_hex_dump API got changed and the
information string should preferably contain a \n at the end
of the string. Update the FWIL so debug output looks better.

85b8413371 brcmfmac: Dynamically register a protocol layer.
BCDC is the default protocol layer and being called directly. This
patch installs the functions for this layer dynamically. This allows
new protocols to be added and selected dynamically depending on the
hw capabilties. As currently only BCDC is supported this is always
the installed protocol.

40c1c24982 brcmfmac: add hexadecimal trace of message payload
Adds a trace function used in brcmf_dbg_hex_dump() which adds the
raw binary data to the trace. It requires trace-cmd plugin to see
this data.

2880b86859 brcmfmac: use brcmf_if::bssidx as index in interface list
Upon receiving an IF event from the firmware the interface
was created and stored on a list using the interface index.
With upcoming P2P feature the firmware will send a IF event
in which two interfaces have the same interface index. To
uniquely locate them on the list the bss index is now used.

5e8149f503 brcmfmac: error messages should not be suppressed
The call to brcmf_dbg(ERROR, ...) only resulted in a log message
when compiled with -DDEBUG. Error messages are valuable for resolving
issues so this patch replaces it with brcmf_err(...) so they always
end up in the log.

5a7a59d254 brcmfmac: limit hex dump on fwil.
When debug is turned on for fwil then the whole data buffer is
dumped. In some cases this gives excessive amount of debug. With
this patch the dumps are limited to 64 bytes.

bb451c8304 brcmfmac: fix NULL pointer access in brcmf_create_iovar()
The function brcmf_fil_bsscfg_data_get() calls brcmf_create_iovar()
with data pointer set to NULL, which caused a NULL pointer access.
As it should be possible to provide data in message towards the
firmware, it should just pass the data buffer instead.

ac24be6fe6 brcmfmac: use struct brcmf_if as interface object for fwil functions
The functions for communicating were given the net_device only because
its private data contained struct brcmf_if object. However, not all
firmware related interfaces will be associated with a net_device. To
accomodate provisioning firmware for such interfaces the struct
brcmf_if object will be passed to the fwil functions.

ec5a07d5c4 brcmfmac: use bssidx from struct brcmf_if for bsscfg specific commands
The firmware interface has functions to send bsscfg specific commands
to the device. These functions currently have a bssidx parameter, but
that same information is stored in struct brcmf_if, which is in the
private data of the net_device parameter.
