85fdc63fe2 drivers: watchdog: stm32_iwdg: set WDOG_HW_RUNNING at probe
If the watchdog hardware is already enabled during the boot process,
when the Linux watchdog driver loads, it should start/reset the watchdog
and tell the watchdog framework. As a result, ping can be generated from
the watchdog framework (if CONFIG_WATCHDOG_HANDLE_BOOT_ENABLED is set),
until the userspace watchdog daemon takes over control

e9974166a5 watchdog: stm32: add dynamic prescaler support
This patch allows to define the max prescaler by compatible.
To set a large range of timeout, the prescaler should be set
dynamically (from the timeout request) to improve the resolution
in order to have a timeout close to the expected value.

1f53305877 watchdog: stm32_iwdg: Convert to use device managed functions and other improvements
Use device managed functions to simplify error handling, reduce
source code size, improve readability, and reduce the likelyhood of bugs.
Other improvements as listed below.

The conversion was done automatically with coccinelle using the
following semantic patches. The semantic patches and the scripts
used to generate this commit log are available at
https://github.com/groeck/coccinelle-patches

- Drop assignments to otherwise unused variables
- Drop empty remove function
- Use devm_add_action_or_reset() for calls to clk_disable_unprepare
- Introduce local variable 'struct device *dev' and use it instead of
  dereferencing it repeatedly
- Use devm_watchdog_register_driver() to register watchdog device

d7b16e75d4 watchdog: stm32_iwdg: constify watchdog_ops structure
Check for watchdog_ops structures that are only stored in the ops field of
a watchdog_device structure. This field is declared const, so watchdog_ops
structures that have this property can be declared as const also.
