[netdrvr] ibmlana: modularization cleanup
* move alloc_netdev() call, register_netdev() call, and associated failure cleanup into ibmlana_probe() * move per-net_device cleanup into ibmlana_remove_one() Signed-off-by: Jeff Garzik <jgarzik@redhat.com>
