[ALSA] hda-codec - Assign audio PCMS first

Browse Source 
HDA Codec driver,HDA Intel driver,HDA generic driver
Assign audio PCMs first before modem PCMs.
The modem stream is assigned up to device #6, to be consistent over
different models.
