drm/panel: simple: Add support for Winstar WF35LTIACD

This adds support for the Winstar Display Co. WF35LTIACD 3.5" QVGA TFT
LCD panel, which can be supported by the simple panel driver.

Winstar Display Corporation 3.5" QVGA (320x240) TFT LCD panel
Required properties:
- compatible: should be "winstar,wf35ltiacd"
- power-supply: regulator to provide the VCC supply voltage (3.3 volts)
This binding is compatible with the simple-panel binding, which is specified
in simple-panel.txt in this directory.
