net,rcu: convert call_rcu(netlbl_unlhsh_free_addr4) to kfree_rcu()

The rcu callback netlbl_unlhsh_free_addr4() just calls a kfree(),
so we use kfree_rcu() instead of the call_rcu(netlbl_unlhsh_free_addr4).
