rcu: Fix RCU's NMI documentation

Catch the documentation up with reality. Signed-off-by: Paul E. McKenney <paulmck@linux.vnet.ibm.com> Acked-by: Mathieu Desnoyers <mathieu.desnoyers@efficios.com>
