staging: lustre: ptlrpc: add OBD_CONNECT_UNLINK_CLOSE flag
Add OBD_CONNECT_UNLINK_CLOSE flag for interop, once this is supported, client packs file handle in unlink RPC, and MDT will close file before unlink.
