staging/lustre/llite: Remove ccc_global_{init, fini}()
Merge their contents into vvp_global_{init,fini}() and {init,exit}_lustre_lite(). Rename ccc_inode_fini_* to cl_inode_fini_*. Signed-off-by: John L.
