ARM: dts: rockchip: Support UHS mode for SD card on PopMetal-RK3288 board

PopMetal-RK3288 board could enable SD3.0 card but need vccio_sd
to support the voltage range from 1V8 to 3V3 and we also need to
add more UHS mode here.
