x86/boot/e820: Rename parse_e820_ext() to e820__memory_setup_extended()
parse_e820_ext() is very similar to e820__memory_setup_default(), both are taking bootloader provided data, add it to the E820 table and then pass it sanitize_e820_table(). Rename it to e820__memory_setup_extended() to better signal their similar role. No change in functionality.
