pwm: Enable Kona PWM to be built for the Cygnus architecture

Browse Source 
The Cygnus architecture uses a Kona PWM. This is already present in the
device tree but can't be built actually. Hence, allow the Kona PWM to
be built for the Cygnus architecture.
