ARM: dts: cubox-i: disable spread-spectrum for Cubox-i eSATA

Browse Source 
Spread-spectrum doesn't work with Cubox-i hardware.  eSATA devices are
detected, but then fail on normal IO.  Therefore, disable this feature.
