powerpc/64s/kuap: Restore AMR in system reset exception

Browse Source 
The system reset interrupt handler locks AMR and exits with
EXCEPTION_RESTORE_REGS without restoring AMR. Similarly to the
soft-NMI handler, it needs to restore.
