staging: comedi: quatech_daqp_cs: use comedi_pcmcia_disable() for (*detach)

Browse Source 
The (*detach) function, daqp_detach() is now a simple wrapper around
comedi_pcmcia_disable(). Just use comedi_pcmcia_disable() directly for
the (*detach).
