RDMA/mlx5: Update set_sig_data_segment attribute for new signature API
Explicitly pass the sig_mr and the access flags for the mkey segment configuration. This function will be used also in the new signature API, so modify it in order to use it in both APIs. This is a preparation commit before adding new signature API.
