[ARM] 3870/1: AT91: Start removing static memory mappings
This patch removes the static memory mapping for the currently-unused peripherals [Synchronous Serial, Timer/Counter unit], and for those drivers that already ioremap() their registers [UART]. Also, the Ethernet driver now uses the platform_device resources but doesn't yet use ioremap() so we need to pass it the virtual address instead of the physical address.
