parisc: signal fixup - SIGBUS vs. SIGSEGV

Clean up code to send correct signal on invalid memory accesses:
Send SIGBUS instead of SIGSEGV for memory accesses outside of mmap'ed
areas

This fixes the mmap13 testcase from the Linux Test Project.
