firmware: imx: scu-pd: Add missing audio PD ranges

Browse Source 
imx8qxp_scu_pd_ranges keeps PD ranges for both i.MX8QM and
i.MX8QXP.

The following PD are missing: audio-clk1/ spdif1 / sai3..7.
Add them now.
