ASoC: rt5645: fix jack type detect error

Browse Source 
rt5645_jack_detect doesn't report the correct jack type consistently.
It mistakes OMTP type headset to CTIA type in particular HW design.
Register changes are needed for this issue. This patch can make it
more stable.
