Linux-2.6.12-rc2 Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!

Use menuconfig objects - CONFIG_ISDN_I4L Remove a menu statement and several dependencies from the Kconfig files in the drivers/isdn tree as they have become unnecessary by the transformation of CONFIG_ISDN from "menu, config" into "menuconfig". (Modified version of a patch originally proposed by Jan Engelhardt.) Say Y here if you have an IBM Active 2000 ISDN card. In order to use
this card, additional firmware is necessary, which has to be loaded
into the card using a utility which is part of the latest
isdn4k-utils package. Please read the file
<file:Documentation/isdn/README.act2000> for more information.
