Stephen Kitt a4bd1441e5 Remove "rmmod -w" documentation and getopt entry
This patch removes the cmdopts declaration and the documentation. They
were leftover from the -w removal.

<command>rmmod</command> is a trivial program to remove a module (when
module unloading support is provided) from the kernel. Most users will
want to use
